Appointment Policies
- Arrive on time; appointments are held for 10 minutes past the scheduled time.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation.
- Cancellations within 24 hours result in loss of booking fee.
- No-shows incur a fee of up to 95% of the total service cost.
Booking and Deposits
- A booking fee is required to secure appointments, this is applied to the service total.
- Booking fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to another appointment time (with proper notice of reschedule), service type, or technician.
Hygiene and Preparation
- Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and brows for lash and brow services.
- Clients with eye infections, skin irritations, or any type of sickness will need to reschedule.
- If clients cannot maintain proper aftercare, future services will be refused.
Refunds and Satisfaction
- Lash Lounge 79 does not offer refunds. Complimentary touch-ups within the first 7 days since service will be scheduled to mend any concerns.
Children and Guests
- No children or additional guests allowed in the service area to ensure a calm environment.
Aftercare
- Follow all aftercare instructions for optimal results. Non-compliance voids guarantees.
